  • Friday, February 13, 2026 - Initial Country Assignments Delivered
  • Friday, March 13, 2026 - Team Registration Closes
  • Wednesday, April 1, 2026 - Final day for Registered Teams to Request Additional Countries and Delegates
  • Friday, April 3, 2026 - Final Day to Request Refunds for Unused Delegations
  • Saturday, April 4, 2026 - Policy Papers and Student Speech Submissions Due
  • Tuesday, April 14, 2026 - UHSMUN 2026

Registration Fees

School Registration - $50 per school attending
Student Registration - $22 per student attending

School and student registration fees must be paid when registering, but unused delegation slots will be refunded if requested by April 3, 2026. Refund requests can be sent to admin@ieprogram.org.

Please only request as many countries as you are likely to fill. You can request more country assignments up until April 1, 2026.

Judges

Applications for judges are being accepted. Graduated students with experience in Model UN can apply to participate as judges. These are paid positions.
